NEW parts - Anything we sell as new is of known origin so can be labelled as new, not just labelled new due to condition. Please be aware that even some new lego can have minor scratches etc. due to be transitted with other bricks, particularly bricks originating from Lego 'pick'a'brick' bags, but has never been built.

USED parts - Care is taken to remove any badly damaged/non-lego parts. Expect some yellowing and dents, especially on older parts not being made any more.

For USED parts, should you receive any damaged parts that have been overseen, I can ONLY offer a refund. No replacements will be sent out.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I am only human and mistakes sometimes happen. I will try to rectify the problem ASAP.

We send all our parcels using the Royal Mail Online postage services, which provides us with proof of postage, including name and address of receipient. Should for any reason your parcel not arrive, please contact us and we will provide you the confirmation of postage so you may take the matter up with the Royal Mail. Robboblox cannot be responsible for items lost in transit where we can provide proof of posting.

Sometimes Brickowl will calculate a small parcel when can be sent as a large letter. If this is the case with your order, we will upgrade to a first class large letter from the second class small parcel.
